Are you a Chairman, President, CEO, Pastor, department head or project leader? If you are or aspire to be, there are several highly critical attributes of good leadership. From my experience I have learned that great leaders possess eight qualities:
6. Seek outside mentoring.
Whether
through a trade or professional association, consultant or management
coach, great leaders seek the advice of experts so that they can be
their best. This view from the outside will help the leader see what‘s needed and the next steps more clearly.
